Map copic

I had a fun time matching up copics for a vintage map look.  I wanted to do the water in blue, but it was too bright.  YG91 was a good 'cacky' match.  The edges are inked with Tea die distress ink.

I put an eyelet through the compass and wrapped some twine through it.  That's about as much 'dimension' as I can get away with for males in my family.  :)

Supplies; Stamps - map (unknown rubber stamp), Paper - kraft, cream, vellum, Other - copics, distress ink, eyelet, twine.

  1. Wow, your coloring is really great! I seriously thought it was patterned paper!! I like the added twine too and the kraft. Great card, especially for a male. Those are especially hard to make!

  2. I love this masculine card! I have so many men in my family and I always struggle to make cards for them. This one is perfect.

Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday!
