Kinda moody

That's the feeling this card makes me think of.  :)

I started off with Curio PP and built everything around it.  I wanted the stamped flowers to come out brown, but the ink turned black on the image and I think it probably turned out better as a result.  I actually decapitated the butterfly a bit as it was just a little too big.  The ribbon is the shade of Pinefeather - not one I thought I'd reach for so soon.

Winter wedding

It was a bit hectic as the wedding was on Dec 27th, but I had stamped a damask background on shimmery paper a long time ago (like, in the spring), so it came together quickly.  I love, love, love the Damask designs stamp set!!

The card is a large one - a 11 x 8.5'' paper folded in two.  Lots of room for wishes.  I die cut the mat stack on vellum paper, and stamped a text background in white, followed by the greeting in black/versamark and heat embossed it.

Damask thank yous

This is my favourite stamp set of all time - Damask designs by Papertrey Ink.  One night I stamped a bunch of patterned paper with it and cut it into strips so that I could quickly put together a few cards.  Before I started stamping I had a colour scheme in mind; a girly pink card for our nanny, and a spring moss/dark chocolate one for a friend.  Here they are:
