In and out frames

A cheery birthday card.  The white flowers are cut from felt using Tiny tags dies - the little holes do not get cut all the way through with felt.

The number washi is mounted on similar coloured cardstock for a muted look.  A little glitter adjacent to it for further distraction.  No need to emphasize numbers on a birthday!  ;)
