In and out frames



A cheery birthday card.  The white flowers are cut from felt using Tiny tags dies - the little holes do not get cut all the way through with felt.






Supplies; Stamps - Think big favorites, Fillable frames, Envelope background, Paper -  Hawaiian shores, Prima PP, cream, Other - Tiny tags dies, Label 1 die, Fillable frame die, cream felt, Raspberry fizz twill ribbon, pink pearls.
